Jim joined NGN after a 34-year record of success in general management, sales & marketing, innovation, and organization development in food companies such as Cadbury, Kraft/Mondelez and Kellogg’s. He has developed deep innovation experience both as a practitioner and leader. His leadership roles include President, Cadbury Adams Japan, EVP – Global Director of Cadbury’s $5B gum /candy business and most recently led Kellogg’s Global Snacks category team. A global expert in the confectionary and snacking, he has a proven track record in business turnarounds, building brands and launching new businesses.
Andrew Towle

Andrew has spent his professional life creating value for some of the world’s best-known CPG companies, including Procter & Gamble, Heinz, Georgia-Pacific, and Kellogg’s. He has led transformational growth on some of the world’s most iconic brands including Tide, Pringles, Heinz Ketchup, Quilted Northern, and Special K in both North America and internationally. Towle ran the Australia/New Zealand business for Kellogg from 2013-2015. In 2016, Towle became CEO of private equity-owned Urnex Brands (global coffee industry), where he relaunched the company’s strategy and built core capabilities including innovation and supply chain. Urnex was successfully sold in 2017.

John is an experienced entrepreneur, investor and advisor for entrepreneurs, ultra high net worth families and their business holdings. He brings over twenty years of experience advising on transactions and strategies for ultra-high net-worth families, entrepreneurs, industry leaders and their business interests. His experience includes corporate development for Fortune 500 companies and successfully negotiating numerous sale and recapitalization transactions in a variety of industries that includes healthcare, energy, consumer products, business and financial services, telecommunications and insurance. He founded NextGen Capital in 2012.
