Jose joined NGN in 2023.  He brings extensive experience in the areas of product development, innovation, productivity and waste optimization. Jose was the Vice President of Margin Enhancement at Pinnacle Foods (acquired by Conagra Brands) where he led cross functional teams responsible for identifying, vetting and implementing end-to-end productivity initiatives.  Prior to Pinnacle, Jose held leadership positions in R&D at Kraft/Mondelez, Cadbury and Procter & Gamble for the Latin American region.

Jose  is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad Simon Bolivar (Venezuela) and has an M.B.A. in International Business from the Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Jose remains actively involved in the technical arena as an independent consultant, supporting several startups and small businesses.  He serves on the board of the Rothmans Institute at FDU and is a leading consultant for its flagship program Veterans Leading Ventures (VLV), aimed at supporting veterans who want to launch their own business.
